Connect as many social accounts as you like on every plan. Choose by how many clients you manage, how many people work with you and whether you need approvals. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Free is for trying PostRoost with one brand on your own.
Essentials removes the limits for one person running one brand: unlimited scheduling (fair use 5,000 waiting posts), the full AI assistant, reports and bulk upload.
Team adds unlimited users, approvals, the Actions list and client roles, still for one brand.
Standard and Professional give an agency every Team feature for 3 or 10 clients under one subscription, with the agency client list and a capacity meter.
Enterprise is the same agency setup with no client limit, for rosters that have outgrown ten brands.
One subscription covers all of an agency’s clients, and every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, once per agency. Enterprise includes the same features as Team, Standard and Professional; it does not add single sign-on, compliance tooling or a dedicated account team. Questions about a large roster? Tell us.
Frequently asked questions
10 questions
What counts as a client?
A client is a brand you manage: it has its own calendar, connected accounts, brand voice, time zone and approval rule. Connected social accounts never count toward any limit, and one subscription covers all of an agency's clients.
Do extra social accounts or users cost more?
No. Social accounts are unlimited on every plan, and users are unlimited from the Team plan upwards. Free and Essentials include one user.
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial, available once per agency. Paid access follows the payment state confirmed by our payment provider; if the trial ends without a paid subscription, the agency returns to the Free plan's limits and nothing is deleted.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, for Essentials ($144 a year) and Team ($336 a year). Standard, Professional and Enterprise are billed monthly only.
How do I pay?
By card, through our payment provider Stripe's hosted checkout. PostRoost never receives or stores your full card details. Prices are in US dollars.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect once the payment is confirmed. Before a downgrade, PostRoost checks that your clients, users and scheduled posts fit the smaller plan and tells you exactly what to change; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period and nothing is removed automatically.
What happens if a payment fails?
Paid access runs until the end of the period that has been paid for, and a failed renewal does not extend it. Update your payment method from the billing page to continue; your clients, posts and analytics are kept either way.
What if I cancel?
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you can undo it before the subscription ends. Afterwards you keep access to sign in, read, export and tidy up your data, even if you have more clients than the Free plan includes.
We manage more than 10 clients. Which plan fits?
Enterprise. It has no client limit and includes every Team feature for each client, billed monthly under one agency subscription.
What does "unlimited scheduling, fair use 5,000" mean?
On every paid plan each client can have up to 5,000 posts waiting to go out at once. It is a safety limit to stop runaway imports, not a target; the Free plan allows 10 waiting posts per client.
Moving an agency to a new scheduler is mostly about not losing anything and not posting anything twice. A step-by-step checklist from inventory to cut-over to cancelling the old tool.
