Every client has its own month view: what is published, scheduled, waiting for approval or still a draft, with the time, image and networks of every post.
On every plan, including Free (up to 10 scheduled posts waiting per client on Free).

Read the month at a glance
Each day shows its posts in time order with the image, the networks it goes to and a status label: published, scheduled, pending approval or draft. Gaps in the month are obvious, and so is a week where three posts say the same thing.
A month of posts for one client, with status on every post. PostRoost screen with demo data
Work from any day
Click a day’s number, its empty space or “+N more” to open the day view: every post that day with Open, Edit, Publish now and Delete.
Hover a day and press + to start a post on that date.
Use Filters to narrow the month, and Bulk upload to fill it from a spreadsheet.
Today is highlighted, and the calendar uses the client’s own time zone.
Calendar or spreadsheet?
Use the calendar for posts that are ready or nearly ready. For early planning (themes, campaigns, who writes what) many teams start in a spreadsheet; our free social media calendar template uses the same columns as PostRoost’s bulk upload, so the plan can become scheduled posts in one step.
Frequently asked questions
10 questions
Can I see all clients on one calendar?
No. Each client has its own calendar so brands never mix. The agency client list shows what needs attention across clients.
Can I drag a post to another day?
Not today. Open the post and change its date and time.
Is there a week view?
Yes. Switch between the month, week and list views. Click any day to open its day view with every post scheduled that day.
Does the calendar work on a phone?
It works in a mobile browser, where the list view is easier to read than the month grid. There is no mobile app.
What do the labels on each post mean?
Each post shows its status (published, scheduled, pending approval or draft) together with its time, image and the networks it goes to.
Can I filter the calendar?
Yes. Filter by network or by status, for example to see only the posts pending approval or only the Instagram posts.
Where do posts without a date show up?
Not on the calendar grid. The calendar shows a link to the posts that still need a date, such as drafts and approved posts without a time, which opens them in the Posts list.
Can I start a post from the calendar?
Yes. Hover a day and press + to open the composer with that date filled in, or open the day view and create the post there.
Can my client see the calendar?
Yes, if they are a client user. They only see their own brand's calendar, and viewers can read and comment without changing anything.
Which time zone does the calendar use?
The client's own time zone, set in its settings. A post scheduled for 9:00 shows at 9:00 and publishes at 9:00 where the client is.
Moving an agency to a new scheduler is mostly about not losing anything and not posting anything twice. A step-by-step checklist from inventory to cut-over to cancelling the old tool.
Most monthly social reports are exported charts nobody opens twice. A structure for a one-page report that answers the client's question, explains the numbers and ends with decisions.
