Enterprise: every Team feature, with no client limit
For agencies whose roster has outgrown ten brands. Unlimited clients under one subscription, each with approvals, roles, reports and bulk upload, managed from the agency client list.
An agency with more than ten retained clients, or one that adds and retires brands often and does not want to plan around a capacity ceiling. Account managers, writers and client approvers each get the right level of access, and every brand stays in its own workspace.
Running a large roster
The client list shows, per client, posts waiting for approval and posts that need work
Each client’s own approval rule, brand voice, time zone, logo and colour
Agency staff roles across all clients, and client users who only see their brand
Bulk upload from a spreadsheet for each client’s month, with every row checked first
Monthly reports with CSV export for every client
What Enterprise is not
Enterprise is the same product as Professional with the client limit removed. It does not add single sign-on, extra security controls, service-level agreements or a dedicated account manager. If you need those, ask us before you plan around them.
Billing
$500/month, billed monthly, with a 14-day free trial once per agency. There is no yearly option on this plan.
Frequently asked questions
10 questions
Is there really no client limit?
Yes. Enterprise has no cap on the number of clients, users or connected social accounts. Each client still has the per-client fair-use limit of 5,000 posts waiting to go out at once.
What does Enterprise include that Professional does not?
Only the client capacity. Enterprise carries exactly the same Team features as Standard and Professional: approvals, the Actions list, client roles, reports with CSV export, bulk upload, first comments, the unlimited AI assistant and priority support.
Does Enterprise include single sign-on or compliance features?
No. PostRoost does not offer single sign-on, two-factor sign-in, audit exports, data residency choices or a dedicated account team on any plan, including Enterprise. Sign-in is by e-mail and password.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Enterprise has a 14-day free trial, available once per agency. If the trial ends without a paid subscription, the agency returns to the Free plan's limits and nothing is deleted.
Can we pay yearly or get a custom quote?
Enterprise is billed monthly at its list price; there is no yearly option and no negotiated pricing on the site. If your situation is unusual, tell us through the contact page.
How do we move from Professional to Enterprise?
The agency owner chooses Enterprise from the pricing page or the agency's billing page. The upgrade takes effect once the payment is confirmed, and your clients, users, posts and analytics stay exactly as they are.
Can we move back down to Professional later?
Yes, when you have 10 clients or fewer at the time the change takes effect. PostRoost lists the clients, users and waiting posts that would not fit and never removes anything automatically.
How does the AI assistant work at this scale?
Requests are unlimited on every paid plan, including Enterprise. The assistant writes in each client's saved brand voice, so it does not mix up brands, and its suggestions are only used when someone chooses them.
How do we keep track of many clients at once?
The agency client list shows every client with its accounts, posts waiting for approval and posts that need work. Inside a client, the calendar, posts, approvals and analytics only ever show that brand.
Who can manage billing?
The agency owner. One subscription covers every client in the agency, and the owner can change, cancel or resume it from the billing page.
Moving an agency to a new scheduler is mostly about not losing anything and not posting anything twice. A step-by-step checklist from inventory to cut-over to cancelling the old tool.
Most monthly social reports are exported charts nobody opens twice. A structure for a one-page report that answers the client's question, explains the numbers and ends with decisions.
