Where do the network limits in the guides come from?
From each network's developer documentation, linked in the guide's sources. Where we found no official reference, we say so and give the limit PostRoost's composer uses.
How often are the guides updated?
Guides that cite network limits show the date we last checked them. Networks change their rules, so check the linked documentation for anything critical.
Can I share a guide with my client?
Yes. Link to it or quote it; the guides are written to make sense to clients as well as to the people doing the work.
Do the guides include benchmarks?
No. We do not publish engagement or reach benchmarks we cannot source. The measurement guide explains how to compare a brand with its own past results instead.
Is there a blog as well?
Yes. The blog has shorter, more topical articles on strategy, agency operations, approvals, reporting and AI.
Moving an agency to a new scheduler is mostly about not losing anything and not posting anything twice. A step-by-step checklist from inventory to cut-over to cancelling the old tool.
Most monthly social reports are exported charts nobody opens twice. A structure for a one-page report that answers the client's question, explains the numbers and ends with decisions.
AI can draft a caption in seconds, but someone still signs it off. A practical checklist for reviewing AI-assisted social posts: facts, claims, voice, per-network fit and accessibility.
