Frequently asked questions
10 questions
Which plan suits an agency?
Standard covers 3 clients, Professional 10 and Enterprise an unlimited number, each with every Team feature for every client under one subscription. They are billed monthly.
I run one brand on my own. Where should I start?
On Free, which needs no card, or Essentials if you want unlimited scheduling, bulk upload, first comments and full reports for one person.
We are an in-house team with one brand. Which plan?
Team: unlimited users, an approval step, client roles and the Actions list for a single brand.
Is PostRoost priced per social account?
No. It is priced per agency. Every plan connects as many social accounts as you like; plans differ by clients, users and features.
Can I change plans as we grow?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect once payment is confirmed. Before a downgrade, PostRoost checks that your clients, users and scheduled posts fit the smaller plan and lists what to change; nothing is removed automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan has a 14-day free trial, available once per agency. The Free plan stays free with no time limit.
Do our clients need their own logins?
Only if they should see or approve posts. Client users only see the clients they are added to; extra users need the Team plan or above.
Does PostRoost reply to comments and messages?
No. There is no social inbox. PostRoost covers planning, writing, approvals, publishing and reporting.
How do we move from another scheduler?
There is no importer. Export or copy your upcoming posts into a spreadsheet and load them with bulk upload; past analytics stay in your old tool.
Does PostRoost work for regulated or sensitive brands?
It can help: turn on approval so nothing is scheduled without sign-off, and use the assistant's risk check before review. It does not replace your own legal or compliance review.
Moving an agency to a new scheduler is mostly about not losing anything and not posting anything twice. A step-by-step checklist from inventory to cut-over to cancelling the old tool.
Most monthly social reports are exported charts nobody opens twice. A structure for a one-page report that answers the client's question, explains the numbers and ends with decisions.
