Frequently asked questions

10 questions

Is there a trial or yearly price?

Professional has a 14-day free trial, available once per agency, and is billed monthly only; there is no yearly price.

What if we have more than 10 clients?

An eleventh client is refused on Professional, with a suggestion to move to Enterprise, which has no client limit. Existing clients keep working in the meantime.

Can we move down to Standard later?

Yes, as long as you have 3 clients or fewer when the change takes effect. PostRoost lists exactly what needs to change first and never removes anything automatically.

How do we keep ten brands from getting mixed up?

Each client is a separate workspace with its own accounts, calendar, brand voice, time zone, approval rule, users, logo and colour. The composer only offers the accounts of the client you are working in.

Can different clients have different approvers?

Yes. Approval is switched on per client, and each client's owner and admins approve that client's posts. Some clients can require sign-off while others publish directly.

Is there a limit on users or connected accounts?

No. Users and connected social accounts are unlimited on Professional; only the number of clients is capped.

Can we see what needs attention across all clients?

Yes. The agency client list shows, per client, the posts waiting for approval and the posts that need work, and the sidebar badge adds them up.

Is each client's analytics separate?

Yes. Every client has its own overview, post engagement and audience growth reports and CSV export, so a client report never includes another brand's numbers.

What does Enterprise add over Professional?

Only client capacity. Enterprise includes the same Team features with no client limit; it does not add single sign-on, compliance tooling or a dedicated account team.

Do our clients see the agency's other clients?

No. Client users only see the clients they were added to, and someone added to a single client goes straight to that client's calendar.
