The agency plan for a small client roster. Each client gets its own calendar, accounts, brand voice and approval rule; your team works across all of them from one agency client list.
A small agency or freelancer with two or three retained clients, where each client has its own look, voice and sign-off person.
What the agency view adds
After signing in you land on the client list: every client with its connected accounts, posts waiting for approval and anything that needs attention, plus a meter such as “2 of 3 clients”. Open a client to work in its calendar, posts, approvals and analytics. See multi-client management.
Billing
$99/month, billed monthly, with a 14-day free trial once per agency. There is no yearly option on this plan.
Frequently asked questions
10 questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Standard includes a 14-day free trial, available once per agency (a trial used on another plan counts). If the trial ends without a paid subscription, the agency returns to the Free plan's limits and nothing is deleted.
Is there a yearly price?
No. Standard is billed monthly only.
What if we grow past 3 clients?
Adding a fourth client is refused on Standard, with a suggestion to move to Professional (10 clients) or Enterprise (no client limit). Existing clients keep working.
Are users limited?
No. Users are unlimited, including client users who only see their own brand.
What exactly is the agency client list?
The screen you land on after signing in: every client with its connected accounts, posts waiting for approval and posts that need work, plus a capacity meter such as "2 of 3 clients".
Can each client have its own approval rule?
Yes. Approval is switched on or off per client, and each client has its own owner and admins who can approve its posts.
Can my agency staff work across all three clients?
Yes. Agency owners, admins, editors and viewers see every client; client users only see the clients they were added to.
Does a deleted client free up a slot?
Yes. Capacity counts the clients that exist in the agency, so removing one makes room for another. Removing a client deletes its posts and history, so export anything you need first.
We have one brand on Team. Should we move to Standard?
Only when you add a second brand. Standard includes everything Team has, so the change gives you more client slots and the agency client list, nothing less.
Can we move to Professional mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect once the payment is confirmed, and the charge for the rest of the period is prorated by our payment provider.
