Everything PostRoost does, and how it fits together
Seven parts of one workflow: plan on the calendar, write and schedule, upload in bulk, draft with AI, approve, measure, and keep every client separate.
PostRoost focuses on publishing, approvals and reporting. It has no social inbox, no social listening, no ad management, no employee advocacy, no single sign-on and no mobile apps. It does not recommend posting times.
Frequently asked questions
10 questions
Which features are included on the Free plan?
The calendar with day view, the composer with per-network captions, media and alt text, scheduling and Post now, the AI assistant (5 requests a week) and the 30-day analytics overview. Bulk upload, first comments, full reports, approvals and extra users come with paid plans.
Do the agency plans include every feature?
Yes. Standard, Professional and Enterprise include every Team feature for each client: approvals, the Actions list, client roles, reports with CSV export, bulk upload, first comments and the unlimited AI assistant.
Does PostRoost have a social inbox for replying to comments and messages?
No. PostRoost focuses on planning, approving, publishing and reporting. Replies to comments and direct messages are handled in each network's own app.
Does PostRoost recommend the best time to post?
No. You choose the time, and it is always in the client's own time zone. The analytics reports help you compare how posts at different times performed.
Can I edit or crop images in PostRoost?
No. Upload images ready to post; PostRoost converts uploads to JPEG, corrects their rotation and caps them at 2160 pixels, but there is no cropping or design editor.
Is there a public API or a Zapier integration?
No. PostRoost does not offer a public API or Zapier or Make integrations today. Posts come in through the composer, the calendar or a CSV or Excel bulk upload.
Does PostRoost do social listening or ads?
No. There is no social listening, ad management or employee advocacy. If you need those, a broader suite may suit you better.
Can I use PostRoost on my phone?
Yes, in a mobile web browser. There are no native iOS or Android apps, and some screens, like the month calendar, are easier on a larger screen.
Why does a feature work on one network but not another?
Each network decides what third-party tools may publish and which numbers they can read. Instagram and TikTok need media, for example, and LinkedIn only shares analytics for Company Pages. The integration pages list each network's limits.
When I upgrade, do features switch on straight away?
Yes, once the payment or trial is confirmed by our payment provider. Your clients, posts and settings stay as they are; the new plan's features and limits simply apply.
