Manage every client's social accounts from one agency
Each client is its own workspace inside your agency: accounts, calendar, brand voice, time zone, approval rule, users and logo. Your team moves between clients; clients only ever see their own brand.
Every plan manages at least one client; the agency client list for several clients starts with Standard (3 clients).

The agency client list
On Standard, Professional and Enterprise you land on the client list: each client with its accounts, posts waiting for approval and posts that need work, and a meter such as “5 of 10 clients”. The same meter appears in the sidebar and on the Plans page.

People across clients
Agency owners and admins manage everything in every client. Agency editors and viewers work across all clients. Client users belong to specific clients, each with an owner, admin, editor or viewer role. Invitations go out by e-mail with a link to confirm the address and choose a password.

Frequently asked questions
10 questions
Do connected social accounts count toward limits?
No. Connect as many accounts per client as you need on every plan. Only clients count.
Can a client user see other clients?
No. Client users see only the clients they were added to. Someone added to a single client goes straight to that client's calendar and never sees the client list.
What if we already have more clients than our plan includes?
Existing clients keep working, including scheduled posts and analytics. Adding another client is refused until you move up or remove a client.
How many clients can each plan hold?
One on Free, Essentials and Team; 3 on Standard, 10 on Professional and no limit on Enterprise.
Can each client have its own logo?
Yes. Client owners and admins, and agency owners and admins, can upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo for each client, and the agency can have its own logo too. Logos are included on every plan.
How do I invite someone to a single client?
Open the client, go to Users and invite them by e-mail with a role: owner, admin, editor or viewer. The invitation link is valid for 7 days. Extra users need Team or above.
Can a freelancer work on some of our clients but not all?
Yes. Add them as a client user on each of those clients. Agency staff roles see every client; client users only see the clients they were added to.
Does each client have its own brand voice and time zone?
Yes. Both are set in the client's settings. The AI assistant writes in that client's voice, and every scheduled time uses that client's time zone.
What happens if we remove a client?
Removing a client deletes it together with its posts, connected accounts and history, and frees a client slot. Export its reports first. To keep history, disconnect accounts instead of removing the client.
Who can create new clients?
Agency owners and admins, up to the plan's client capacity. Client users cannot create clients.
Moving an agency to a new scheduler is mostly about not losing anything and not posting anything twice. A step-by-step checklist from inventory to cut-over to cancelling the old tool.
Most monthly social reports are exported charts nobody opens twice. A structure for a one-page report that answers the client's question, explains the numbers and ends with decisions.
