PostRoost

Scheduling for creators who publish everywhere

One idea, many formats: a Reel on Instagram, a video on TikTok and YouTube, a thread-length post on LinkedIn. Plan them together, write each network's caption properly, and let a manager review sponsored posts before they go out.

PostRoost post composer with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X accounts selected, a custom Instagram caption in the per-network tabs, and live Facebook and Instagram previews.

One idea, every format

The example follows a fictional cooking creator, Juniper & Rye.

  1. Plan the drop on the calendar, put the new recipe video on Thursday: YouTube at 17:00, a cut-down on TikTok and an Instagram Reel at 18:00, a LinkedIn post about the small business side on Friday.
  2. Write each caption properly the YouTube title is the first line of the caption; TikTok and Instagram get hashtags; LinkedIn gets the story behind the brand partnership.
  3. Check before it ships run the assistant’s risk check on the sponsored post for missing disclosure or claims you cannot back up.
  4. Get sign-off with approval turned on, the manager approves or asks for changes from their own login.
  5. See what travelled compare likes, comments and shares by network in the post engagement report.

Frequently asked questions

10 questions

Can my manager approve sponsored posts?

Yes, on the Team plan: turn on approval for your brand and add your manager as an admin. Everything waits for their sign-off.

Can PostRoost post to TikTok publicly?

Public TikTok posting depends on TikTok having audited the app used by the deployment. Read the TikTok page before you rely on it.

Which plan suits a creator?

Essentials if you work alone: unlimited scheduling, the full AI assistant, first comments and full reports. Team if a manager or editor needs their own login or must approve posts.

Can one video go to TikTok, Reels and YouTube?

Yes. Attach the video once, tick the accounts and write each network's caption in its own tab; YouTube uses the first line as the title.

Does PostRoost add a paid-partnership label?

No. Write the disclosure into the caption yourself. The assistant's risk check can point out a missing disclosure, but it is a prompt, not a guarantee.

Can the assistant write in my voice?

Yes. Describe your voice once in the brand voice settings (who you are, who you talk to, words to use and avoid, hashtags you always use) and drafts follow it.

Can I schedule Stories or set Shorts options?

No. Instagram Stories and YouTube Shorts-specific settings are not supported. Reels, carousels, TikTok videos and photo posts and YouTube uploads are.

Where do my links go?

Instagram and TikTok captions cannot carry clickable links, so point to your profile. YouTube links go in the description, and on X a first reply keeps the link out of the main post.

Can I reply to comments from PostRoost?

No. PostRoost focuses on planning, publishing and reporting; reply on each network.

Can I compare how a post did on each network?

Yes, from Essentials: the post engagement report shows likes, comments, shares and more per account. TikTok numbers are not available with the current connection.
