Everything you need to try PostRoost properly with one client: the calendar, per-network captions, the composer with previews, the AI assistant and the analytics overview.
A freelancer trying PostRoost with a single client, a small business running its own accounts, or an agency evaluating the workflow before moving clients over. You get the real product with tighter limits, not a demo.

Frequently asked questions
10 questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. You sign up with your name, your business or agency name, an e-mail address and a password. Your first client is created for you.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. It stays free with no time limit; you upgrade only if you need more.
What happens at 10 waiting posts?
You can still write drafts, but you cannot schedule an eleventh post for that client until one of the waiting posts has gone out, or you upgrade. Published posts and drafts do not count toward the 10.
How many social accounts can I connect on Free?
As many as your one client needs, across Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Accounts never count toward a limit on any plan.
How do the 5 AI requests a week work?
Each use of the writing assistant (a draft from a brief, hashtags, tones, grammar, shorten or a risk check) counts as one request. The allowance is per agency and resets each week; paid plans are unlimited.
What analytics do I get?
The analytics overview for the last 30 days (followers, posts, impressions, reactions and comments compared with the previous period) and each post's own performance. The engagement and audience growth reports and CSV export start on Essentials.
Can I invite a colleague or my client?
Not on Free, which includes one user. Team adds unlimited users, including client users who only see their own brand.
Can I upload posts from a spreadsheet on Free?
No. Bulk upload from CSV or Excel, and first-comment scheduling, start on the Essentials plan. On Free you create posts one by one in the composer or from the calendar.
If I upgrade later, do I lose anything?
No. Your client, connected accounts, drafts, scheduled posts and analytics stay as they are, and the new plan's limits apply once the payment or trial is confirmed.
Can I try a paid plan before paying?
Yes. Every paid plan has a 14-day free trial, available once per agency. If you do not continue, the agency returns to the Free plan's limits.
Moving an agency to a new scheduler is mostly about not losing anything and not posting anything twice. A step-by-step checklist from inventory to cut-over to cancelling the old tool.
Most monthly social reports are exported charts nobody opens twice. A structure for a one-page report that answers the client's question, explains the numbers and ends with decisions.
AI can draft a caption in seconds, but someone still signs it off. A practical checklist for reviewing AI-assisted social posts: facts, claims, voice, per-network fit and accessibility.
